How do I return an item?

Return Policy - All problems or errors with order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All opened or damaged merchandise will not be refunded. All returned items must have pre-authorization from Get Ripped Nutrition Inc with a return number included in the package. Shipping or freight charges will not be refunded and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All damaged products must be received by Get Ripped Nutrition Inc prior to shipping new items. 

Manufacturer Guarantees
Get Ripped INC does not participate in Manufacturer Product Guarantees: "If you don't like the product for any reason, we'll give you your money back." Why? Because most of these Manufacturer Product Guarantees are listed on the Manufacturer's websites for when you purchase a product from them directly at full retail price... which in most cases is substantially more expensive than our retail price. Does that mean we won't listen to your issues? No... just please understand we won't refund purchase price for a product that has been open with no defects.
